Drizzling, Dips and Dressings

Cold pressed oils with an intense flavour like extra virgin olive oil are great to drizzle over foods like salads to add flavour and texture. They can also be dispensed into bowls and used as dips either alone or with an ingredient like balsamic vinegar.
Combinations of oils, vinegar and flavourings like mustard, herbs, garlic, salt and pepper can be used in many different combinations to make delicious salad dressings. Alternatively oil can be emulsified with egg and various other ingredient variations to create a wonderful, freshly made mayonnaise.
