Method

  1. Marinate the prawns in the crushed garlic, honey and soy for minimum of 30 mins but preferably overnight in fridge.
  2. Heat a wok and then add a tablespoon of grapeseed oil to heat up.
  3. Add the peppers, fry for 5 mins until soft, before adding in the prawns for a further minute then add the rest of the vegetables. 
  4. Whilst the vegetables are cooking, bring a pan of water to the boil, add the noodles for 1- 2 minutes then drain.
  5. Add the drained noodles to the prawns and vegetables. Coat with the garlic, honey and soy sauce and serve immediately.
