A neutral tasting olive oil is a good choice for this delicious and nutritious recipe. Alternatively, a rapeseed & olive oil blend, may also be used. Click here for more info on oil type


  1. Heat oven to 150C/300F
  2. Mix the oil & maple syrup in a large bowl, add the oats and coat with the oil, season with sea salt. 
  3. Tip into a baking tray and make sure the mixture is spread evenly, now roast for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Stir once to ensure an even colour. Once the oats are golden in colour remove from the oven and leave to cool. 
  5. Tip all the remaining ingredients into a bowl with the roasted oats and mix well. 
  6. Add fresh raspberries or other seasonal fruit to taste and serve with yogurt or crème fraiche. 
  7. The granola can be stored in an airtight container for up to a month.
