2 tbsp. or 30 ml of sesame oil
150 g dried medium egg noodles

g quality lean steak, thinly sliced
1 clove of garlic, peeled and finely
sliced
1 thumb-sized piece fresh ginger, peeled and finely sliced
1 large fresh red chilies, finely sliced
55ml Teriyaki sauce

tbsp. soy sauce
1 large red pepper, deseeded and finely sliced

handful sugar snap peas, finely sliced
1 handful baby corn, quartered
lengthways
3 spring onions, trimmed and finely sliced
1 washed and
sliced pak choi
1 bunch fresh coriander, leaves picked and roughly
chopped to serve
